Get more from your Smedes Marinades

Smedes Marinades are the flavouring for fish. But they can also be used to flavour other foodstuffs. A few suggestions:

Marinades can also be used to flavour white sauce bases.

Mix marinades with pastas, rice and potato dishes in order to add more flavour. Use 40g marinade per 1kg of product.

A light coating of marinade on a fish sandwich will give that extra bit of flavour.

A (wok)vegetable dish can also be flavoured by adding a dash of marinade.
