Smedes Fine Food in Bunschoten, the Netherlands, is the active national provider of self-raising fish flour, fish cooking oil, sauces, marinades, spices and spice mixes. We make the jobs of fish retailers and ambulatory fish specialists easier by combining first-rate products with high-quality service. In addition we gladly share our expertise with them, as all of us in the fish industry will profit from this! Our speciality? Everything required to prepare top class cod parings and other fried fish.
Smedes Fine Food has existed since 1972 and started as a supplier of self-raising fish flour in that time. Over the years our product range has been expanded to include many other items. Our own brand of Smedes comprises various types of self-raising fish flour and fish cooking oil, but also marinades, sauces and spice mixes. These products complement each other excellently and can thus be perfectly combined with one another.
